Who it suits
Readymode is a predictive dialer for outbound call centers. The product is built around high-volume dialing, and the pricing page also lists reporting, CRM integrations on the higher plan and number cycling to protect caller ID reputation.
How the plans work
Prices are published, which is unusual in this category: Readymode Starter is $199 per license per month for 1 to 4 licenses, and Readymode iQ is $249 per license per month for 5 or more. Setup and number activation fees are waived on both. Inbound minutes cost $0.02 a minute; outbound minutes are listed as free, subject to fair use. Each license includes 30 numbers on Starter or 75 on iQ, which its Autopilot feature cycles to protect caller ID reputation.
Integrations are listed as unlimited on iQ and not included on Starter. Voicemail drop is available to customers who qualify, is based on opt-in consent, and costs extra per drop.
What to check before you buy
- Compliance. Predictive dialing can abandon calls. Read our guide to abandoned-call rules before you set the pacing.
- Trial. No free trial is listed. Starter with 1 or 2 licenses can be bought without a demo.
- Features not on the page. Power dialing, call recording, IVR and SMS aren't listed on the pricing page, so ask.
