The short version

CallHippo is the cheaper way in, with a free Basic plan and paid core plans from about $18 per user per month. JustCall starts at $29 per user per month with a two-user minimum, but it lists a power dialer on its Pro plan and 100+ integrations on every main plan, while CallHippo keeps its dialers as separate products.

Where they differ

  • Free plan. CallHippo lists one; JustCall offers a 14-day free trial instead, with no credit card.
  • Dialers. JustCall lists a power dialer from Pro ($49) and predictive dialing, up to 10 lines, on the quote-only SalesPro plan. CallHippo describes power and predictive dialers as separate products and doesn't show their prices on the main pricing page.
  • Routing and IVR. JustCall lists IVR on its main plans, with queue callback and intelligent routing from Pro. CallHippo's recording, IVR and cascading routing start on Professional ($30), with smart DID and CRM routing on Ultimate.
  • Integrations. JustCall lists 100+ integrations on every main plan. CallHippo lists 50+, with Zapier and Slack on Starter and the major CRMs from Professional.
  • Minimum users. JustCall's standard plans need two users. CallHippo lists no minimum below Enterprise (50 users).
  • Call monitoring. CallHippo lists listen, whisper and barge on its scaled plans. JustCall doesn't list monitoring on its pricing page.

Which to shortlist

Shortlist CallHippo if budget is the main constraint, you want to start free, and you are prepared to get the dialer price from sales.

Shortlist JustCall if you want a power dialer, texting and integrations inside a listed per-user price, and you have at least two seats.
