CallHippo: pricing, plans and features
Virtual phone system with a free plan, plus power and predictive dialers for outbound teams.
Companies cannot pay to be listed or ranked here. How we make money
We haven't run our own tests of CallHippo yet. This page summarises its public pricing and feature pages, checked 17 October 2026. Hands-on notes will appear here once we have used it. How we work
What it offers
- A free Basic plan is listed, so a team can start without paying.
- Call recording, IVR and routing arrive on Professional, and the top core plan is $42 per user per month.
- Listen, whisper and barge are available on the Platinum scaled plan.
- A 10-day free trial with no credit card on paid plans.
What to watch
- The power and predictive dialers are separate products, and their prices aren't on the main pricing page.
- Extra charges apply for incoming calls beyond free minutes ($0.02 a minute on standard numbers) and for SMS beyond fair use.
- The copy we read mixed dollar and rupee prices across plan groups, so check the total in your currency.
- Call monitoring sits on a different set of plans from the core ones.
Who it suits
CallHippo is a cloud phone system for small and mid-sized teams that want to start cheaply. A free Basic plan is listed, and the paid core plans run from $18 to $42 per user per month on annual billing. It also sells dialers for outbound teams, which is why it appears in dialer comparisons.
How the plans work
The core plans, Basic, Starter, Professional and Ultimate, are about the phone system itself. Call recording, IVR and cascading call distribution arrive on Professional, and smart DID, holiday and CRM-based routing on Ultimate. The SMS allowance grows from 100 on Starter to 1,000 on Ultimate.
Call monitoring and more advanced reporting sit on a second set of scaled plans, and outbound dialing on a third: the power dialer and predictive dialer are described as products of their own. The power dialer page says there is no free power dialer, and neither dialer's price is on the main pricing page, so the all-in cost of an outbound team has to come from sales.
What to check before you buy
- Dialer pricing. Ask for the power or predictive dialer price in writing, and which plan it sits on.
- Fair usage. The free plan and the included minutes come with fair-usage terms. Read them.
- Extra charges. Incoming minutes beyond the free allowance are $0.02 a minute on standard numbers, per the pricing page.
- Currency. Prices on the page we read appeared in both dollars and rupees depending on the plan group.

Prices and features are read from each provider's own pricing page (checked 17 October 2026). They change often and can differ by country and currency, so confirm on the provider's site before you buy. “Check” means the pricing page doesn't say, or we haven't verified that app yet.
